Sales Management
Once you have setup your online store, orders will be automatically tracked and displayed in the Manage Sales area of Pictavo. In this section, you can set sales goals, add non-online orders, edit orders and export your sales list for distribution. For your convenience, the Dashboard includes a Sales tracking section. Data appears if a sales goal has been set. Sales made online will automatically be recorded. To get a full picture of your sales, be sure to upload your offline sales, too.
Portrait Management
Upload all of your portraits into one spot. From there you can automatically sort by grade or teacher to make flowing portraits on the correct page that much easier.
Organize Your Photos
After clicking Organize Photos from the homepage or Manage My Photos from the Photos panel, you’ll enter the Manage My Photos area. From here, you can see all pictures you’ve uploaded in one place. You can create folders and subfolders for every sport or event from throughout the year.
